As a host, you will receive payments through direct bank transfer. Once a guest checks in and completes their stay, the funds will be processed and transferred to your designated bank account. Make sure to set up your payment details in your host profile to ensure smooth transactions
If a host needs to cancel a reservation, please contact our support team immediately. We recommend informing the guest as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience. Depending on the cancellation policy in place, fees may apply. Always check your listing’s cancellation terms for details.
